Saudi Luxury Real Estate Exhibition concludes inaugural London event

The inaugural Saudi Luxury Real Estate Exhibition has concluded its five-day event in London. Held at The Peninsula London from August 24 to 28, the exhibition attracted over 800 investors, including individual investors, investment firms, family offices, and banking representatives.

Organized in strategic partnership with the Saudi Real Estate Authority, the event aimed to showcase the Saudi real estate sector's regulatory developments, market trends, and diverse projects. The program included presentations, panel discussions, and roundtables covering topics such as consumer trends, asset management, urban planning, and the legal frameworks for non-Saudi property ownership.

Mohammed Al Habib Real Estate participated in the event, presenting key projects including ‘Einar’ and ‘Kahil’ in Riyadh, as well as ‘Azure Makkah Residences’ in Makkah. CEO Abdullah Mohammed Al Habib noted that the London participation serves to introduce the transformation of the Saudi market to the international investment community and build relationships centered on local expertise and global vision.
