Saudi Arabian real estate sector exhibitions
Overview
Saudi Arabia continues to host various real estate exhibitions to showcase market trends, regulatory developments, and investment opportunities in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
Following an inaugural luxury real estate exhibition in London, the focus shifted to the fifth Serido Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition, held at the Jeddah Superdome from September 6 to 8, 2026. Supported by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the event provided a strategic platform for developers, investors, and financial institutions to explore innovative solutions in the sector.
During the exhibition, Mohammed Mansour, Chairman of Al Oula Real Estate Development, stated that the Saudi Arabian real estate market has become a “promising destination” for regional and international investors. Speaking during a panel discussion, Mansour noted that foreign investors prioritize market understanding and competitive, diverse products. He identified Jeddah as a growing hub for investment horizons beyond traditional real estate, specifically citing opportunities in religious tourism, beach tourism, integrated urban communities, and hospitality-related sectors.
