Saudi real estate market attracts international investors, says Al Oula Chairman
Mohammed Mansour, Chairman of Al Oula Real Estate Development, stated that the Saudi Arabian real estate market has become a promising destination for regional and international investors and developers. Speaking at the Serido Real Estate Exhibition in Jeddah, Mansour highlighted that the diversity of investment opportunities and evolving investor needs are key factors shaping the market's future.
During a panel discussion held under the auspices of the Saudi Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the General Real Estate Authority, and the Real Estate Development Fund, Mansour noted that foreign investors prioritize clear opportunities, market understanding, and competitive, diverse real estate products. He emphasized that competition among developers is a positive force that improves product quality and service variety.
Mansour also identified Jeddah as a hub for new investment horizons beyond traditional real estate. He pointed to opportunities in religious tourism, beach tourism, integrated urban communities, and hospitality and entertainment-related real estate, driven by the city's strategic location and economic potential. Al Oula Real Estate Development is currently studying deeper investment opportunities within the Saudi market.
