Savignano Sul Rubicone resumes free defibrillator training courses
The “Poche Mosse e Una Scossa” project is resuming its free training courses on the use of automated external defibrillators (AED) in Savignano Sul Rubicone. Organized by the Centro per i Diritti del Malato “Natale Bolognesi” and AUSER ODV, the next session is scheduled for September 23.
Since its inception in late 2023, the initiative has conducted 76 courses, reaching over 2,200 participants, including students and local citizens. The training, led by professional instructors, includes both theoretical instruction and practical exercises using mannequins and educational defibrillators.
The project aims to expand its reach beyond the Forlivese area into the Rubicone, Cesenate, Rimini, and Ravenna regions. Organizers also emphasize the importance of monitoring local AEDs, noting that some devices in the territory have lacked proper maintenance or are not integrated into the 118 emergency network.
