SBER India acquires two towers at Bharat Business Park

NBCC (India) Limited has officially handed over the allotment letter and agreement to sale for two towers at Bharat Business Park in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, to SBER India. The transaction involves approximately 5.17 lakh sq ft of super built-up area with a sale value exceeding ₹2,000 crore. SBER India secured the space through a competitive e-auction in April 2026, marking it as the largest single buyer at the project.

SBER India intends to use the facility to establish a Russian Business Centre in New Delhi. This centre is designed to provide banking, legal, tax, and audit services to Russian companies operating within India, supporting broader India-Russia trade cooperation.

NBCC has successfully sold all eight towers of the Bharat Business Park project, totaling roughly 23.44 lakh sq ft for approximately ₹10,000 crore. Other notable buyers include IRCTC, BPCL, and the Government e-Marketplace. The project is slated for completion in 2028.
