Schoenstatt Movement celebrates 76 years of Pilgrim Mother Campaign

The Schoenstatt Movement is celebrating 76 years of the Pilgrim Mother Campaign, an apostolate focused on serving families. Initiated by João Luiz Pozzobon, the campaign has expanded from Brazil into a global mission, aiming to bring religious presence to homes, schools, and various social settings.

In a recent communication to the Schoenstatt family in Brazil, the movement addressed the upcoming national elections. Emphasizing the concept of the ‘new man in a new society,’ the message encourages members to engage in public life and politics through the lens of Catholic social doctrine. It highlights that political engagement should be viewed as a form of social charity aimed at the common good and the protection of human dignity, following the teachings of founder Father José Kentenich.
