Se Eu Fosse Você 3 to premiere in Brazilian cinemas this October

The Brazilian film 'Se Eu Fosse Você 3' is set to premiere in cinemas on October 8, 2026. Ahead of the wide release, the film will have early screenings during the 28th Festival do Rio, with showings scheduled for October 2 and 3 at Cine Odeon in Rio de Janeiro and Reserva Cultural in Niterói.

Directed by Anita Barbosa and supervised by Daniel Filho, the film reunites lead actors Tony Ramos and Glória Pires. The plot takes place two decades after the events of the previous films, following the characters Cláudio and Helena as they navigate a new phase of life with their adult daughter, Bia.

During a press conference in Rio de Janeiro, director Anita Barbosa noted that the production aims to expand the franchise's central theme of empathy and perspective-taking beyond simple body-swapping. The film is produced by Total International and distributed by Buena Vista International.
