Seabra no Kami opens first Kanto location in Shibuya
Globeat Japan has expanded its presence into the Kanto region with the opening of the Kyoto-based ramen shop Seabra no Kami in Shibuya Center-gai on August 28. This marks the brand's first location outside of Kyoto Prefecture.
The shop specializes in Seabra Niboshi Soba, a Kyoto-style twist on Niigata's Tsubame-Sanjo ramen featuring a rich broth topped with pork fat. The establishment will also feature a new business concept, Omusubi no Kami, a specialized takeout rice ball shop scheduled to open on September 18 at the same location.
