Seattle Sounders defeat Real Salt Lake 2-0

The Seattle Sounders defeated Real Salt Lake 2-0 at Lumen Field on Wednesday, September 23, to bolster their position in the MLS Western Conference postseason race.

After a scoreless first half, Seattle secured the victory with second-half goals from Danny Musovski in the 48th minute and Albert Rusnák in the 73rd minute. The win brings the Sounders to 32 points through 25 matches, moving them into tenth place in the Western Conference and placing them just one point behind eighth-place LA Galaxy.
