Real Salt Lake MLS performance struggles

Overview

Real Salt Lake has faced a period of significant struggle in the MLS Western Conference, marked by an 11-match winless run in league play. The team suffered a 3-0 home defeat against the Vancouver Whitecaps, a loss exacerbated by the season-ending injury of star player Diego Luna.

Following that loss, Real Salt Lake traveled to face the Seattle Sounders at Lumen Field. The Sounders secured a 2-0 victory with second-half goals from Danny Musovski and Albert Rusnák.
