Sebrae rolls out leadership and women‑entrepreneurship training programs in Brazil

The Sebrae Bahia office opened registrations for the Lidere workshop, a 36‑hour leadership and management program for micro‑enterprise and small‑business leaders. The course runs from 18 August to 23 September in Itabuna, offering modules on self‑leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, team planning and coaching sessions. Participants such as Anna Clara Gomes Cabral, HR director of Casa do MDF, reported improved professional practice.

Separately, Sebrae Pernambuco launched the Noronha Delas initiative to strengthen female entrepreneurship in the Fernando de Noronha archipelago. The program, beginning 3 August, provides six modules between August and October at the ICMBio institute, plus 70 hours of online consulting in marketing, sales, finance and strategy. It aims to create a lasting support network, the Comunidade Conexão Noronha – Hub Delas, linking women from 14 cities in the Recife metropolitan region. The project is delivered in partnership with Caruso Soluções Ambientais.
