Seed companies Yuksel Seeds and Sakata Valencia Fruits are highlighting new horticultural varieties at the upcoming Fruit Attraction 2026 event in Madrid.

Yuksel Seeds will expand its presence at IFEMA MADRID, increasing its exhibition space to 80 square meters. The company will showcase its Sweetloom tomato, which has received consecutive recognition from the International Taste Institute for its flavor profile. Additionally, the company plans to present new varieties in strategic crops such as cucumber and pepper, including a new mini snack pepper designed to meet current consumer trends.

Sakata Valencia Fruits is promoting its Japi tomato, a variety developed to prioritize gourmet flavor and sensory experience. The Japi tomato is characterized by a high natural concentration of glutamic acid, which provides an umami sensation. It features a balance of acidity and sweetness, a thin skin, and a firm, juicy texture designed to appeal to chefs and demanding consumers.
