SEGA reveals Brazil map for Crazy Taxi: World Tour
SEGA has unveiled a new trailer for ‘Crazy Taxi: World Tour’ at the Brasil Game Show 2026, confirming that Brazil will serve as the fourth of five global destinations in the game’s new single-player narrative campaign. The Brazilian map is designed to capture the country’s diversity, featuring a mix of dense urban environments, coastal landscapes, and beaches.
Original creator and producer Kenji Kanno participated in the announcement, noting that the team aims to balance the franchise’s chaotic legacy with modern innovations. The Brazilian setting will include real-world brands such as Habib’s, Fogo de Chão, and Fast Shop to add local personality. The game is scheduled for release in 2027 on Xbox Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
