Selçuklu Traffic Training Park continues safety education for children

The Selçuklu Traffic Training Park, operating under the Selçuklu Art, Education, Technology, and Workshop Programs (SETAP), has continued its educational activities for the new academic year. The program aims to enhance children's knowledge and skills through out-of-school learning environments.

Specifically targeting 4th-grade primary school students, the training focuses on the theme of ‘Traffic Values and Rules’ to increase awareness of traffic safety. The curriculum combines theoretical information with practical applications, allowing students to learn traffic rules in an engaging manner.

In collaboration with the Selçuklu Municipality, the Selçuklu District Directorate of National Education, and the Konya Provincial Police Department, police officers from the Traffic Inspection Branch provide instruction on basic rules and safe behaviors. Selçuklu Mayor Ahmet Pekyatırmacı stated that instilling traffic consciousness at a young age is vital for creating a safer society and a more conscious future generation.
