Senad agent testifies that Alberto Koube managed Sebastián Marset's assets

During the oral trial for the ‘A Ultranza’ case in Paraguay, an agent from the National Anti-Drug Secretariat (Senad) testified that businessman Alberto Koube Ayala acted as an administrator for the assets of Uruguayan drug trafficker Sebastián Marset.

The witness described Koube as having a professional entrepreneurial profile with the technical knowledge necessary to manage Marset’s wealth. Identified assets allegedly managed by Koube include a 270-hectare estate in San Roque González de Santacruz featuring an airstrip, a residence in Asunción valued at approximately USD 300,000, and a BMW registered to a business group.

Investigators also identified various companies linked to this patrimonial network, including documentation for a grain processing firm and a pending brand registration for ‘Aceites Marset’. The trial, presided over by judges María Luz Martínez, Federico Rojas, and Dina Marchuk, continues to evaluate these testimonies to determine the legal responsibility of the accused.
