Senegal has unveiled its 2027 finance bill, with President Bassirou Diomaye Faye highlighting major development projects. Key initiatives include the construction of the Dakar-Tivaouane-Saint Louis highway, the building of four hospitals, and various connectivity and sanitation projects such as the depollution of Hann Bay and urban sanitation in Diamniadio.

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Ministry of Urbanism and Housing has estimated the cost of its 2026-2035 Decennial Urbanism and Housing Plan at $16.5 billion.
