Senna Agius completes 2027 MotoGP grid with Tech3 KTM deal
The 2027 MotoGP rider lineup is now complete following Tech3 KTM's announcement that Australian rider Senna Agius will join the premier class. Agius, a former Moto2 European Champion, will partner with Luca Marini at Tech3, marking a combination of youth and experience as the sport enters a new technical era featuring 850cc engines and Pirelli tires.
Other major shifts for the 2027 season include Fabio Quartararo moving to Honda after eight years with Yamaha. The grid will feature several notable rookies and transfers, including Nicolo Bulega joining the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team on a Ducati, and Jorge Martin and Ai Ogura joining Yamaha.
In the Ducati Lenovo Team, Marc Marquez is set to compete alongside Pedro Acosta through 2028. Meanwhile, Aprilia Racing has confirmed a lineup featuring Francesco Bagnaia and Marco Bezzecchi. The Gresini Racing MotoGP team will undergo a total roster change, pairing Joan Mir with newcomer Daniel Holgado.
