Sennori approves tax amnesty for municipal debts

The municipal council of Sennori has approved participation in the ‘Rottamazione quinquies’, a tax amnesty program designed to facilitate the regularization of municipal debts. This measure applies to local taxes such as IMU, Tari, and traffic violations assigned to the Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione between January 1, 2000, and December 31, 2023.

Under this scheme, taxpayers can settle their debts by paying only the principal amount, effectively waiving accumulated penalties and interest. The process involves several key dates: data will be available on the official agency website starting October 15, 2026, with electronic applications accepted from October 16 to December 15, 2026. Final payments or the first installment of a payment plan must be completed by March 31, 2027.
