Señor de los Milagros: Procession schedules announced for Lima and Trujillo

Religious organizations in Peru have announced the official schedules for the Señor de los Milagros processions in Lima and Trujillo for October.

In Lima, the Archdiocese of Lima, the Monastery of Nazarenas Carmelitas Descalzas, and the Brotherhood of Señor de los Milagros de Nazarenas have scheduled five processions. The routes include October 3, October 18, October 19, October 28, and November 1. The October 18 procession is notable for visiting the Plaza Mayor, the Government Palace, and the Congress of the Republic.

In Trujillo, the Brotherhood of Señor de los Milagros has confirmed four processions scheduled for October 1, 17, 18, and 31. The festivities begin on October 1 with a mass and a procession starting from the Templo de Santo Domingo de Guzmán, visiting locations such as the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo and Hospital Belén. Subsequent processions in October will follow a morning schedule.
