Seoul police arrest man for restroom intrusion amid search for masked suspect

Police in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, have arrested a man in his 40s for trespassing in a women's restroom while wearing only fishnet stockings. The incident occurred on the evening of October 21 at a commercial building in Hongje-dong. After being spotted by a woman, the suspect reportedly changed clothes in a nearby men's restroom and attempted to flee, but was apprehended by police approximately one hour later.

In a separate but related series of incidents, authorities are searching for an unidentified man described as wearing a mask and being naked. This individual has been linked to three incidents near the Yonsei University Sinchon campus and Ansan Jarak-gil walking trails since June, including an alleged sexual assault of a student on October 19. Police are currently analyzing CCTV footage and DNA evidence to determine if these incidents are the work of the same perpetrator.
