September 11 survivors recount escape from World Trade Center South Tower

Stanley Praimnath and Brian Clark are two of only four people identified as having survived above the impact zone when a plane struck the South Tower of the World Trade Center during the September 11 terrorist attacks.

Praimnath, a credit employee at Fuji Bank, and Clark, an executive at Euro Brokers, met amidst the smoke and fire on the 81st floor. Together, they navigated 1,620 stairs to escape the building. Twenty-five years after the event, both men continue to share their survival stories at schools, churches, and media programs, reflecting on how the split-second decisions made that day fundamentally altered their lives.
