Septemvri Sofia coach Shimao Freitas resigns
Shimao Freitas has resigned as the head coach of Septemvri Sofia. The decision was confirmed by the club's sporting director, Kristiyan Dobrev.
Freitas reportedly did not provide a specific football-related reason for his departure, stating only that when people in a family look in different directions, it is best to separate. The resignation followed a 2-3 defeat against Dunav Ruse.
Dobrev noted that the club is currently in the process of searching for a replacement and indicated that they have options available to manage the team in the interim.
