The Serbian government has adopted a new decree to establish and manage the Unified Record of Non-Tax Revenues (JENP). This electronic module, part of the Register of Administrative Procedures, aims to centralize data regarding administrative fees, provincial and local taxes, and charges for the use of public goods.

The initiative is designed to streamline interactions between the state and citizens/businesses by integrating the database with the eUprava Portal, the 'Plati' electronic payment system, the Treasury Administration, and the National Single Window for foreign trade. This integration is intended to automate the generation of payment slips, removing the need for manual entry of account numbers or amounts.

Under the new system, administrators will be responsible for the accuracy of individual records. The full functionality of the payment generator is expected to be active by January 1, 2027, marking a significant step toward the complete digitalization of administrative processes in Serbia.
