Serbia introduces unified record for non-tax revenues
The Serbian government has adopted a decree to establish and manage a Unified Record of Non-Tax Revenues. This electronic module, part of the Register of Administrative Procedures, aims to centralize data regarding taxes, fees, and other non-tax revenues.
The system will integrate data from republic-level administrative fees, fees set by autonomous provinces and local self-governments, charges for the use of public goods, and other non-tax revenues determined by public authorities. To ensure accuracy and real-time updates, the record will be linked via web services to the Register of Administrative Procedures Portal, the ‘Plati’ electronic payment system, the Treasury Administration information system, and the National Single Window for foreign trade.
The record will include necessary data for calculating fee amounts, including conditions for reductions or exemptions and parameters for automatic calculations. It will also facilitate the generation of payment slips for one or multiple non-tax revenues. Administrators will be responsible for managing individual records, while authorized persons will enter, modify, and delete data, subject to approval by administrators to ensure accuracy.
