Serbia men's water polo dominates Slovenia at Mediterranean Games

The Serbian men's water polo team opened their Mediterranean Games campaign in Taranto with a dominant 32:1 victory over Slovenia. Led by coach Vladimir Vujasinović, the team established a significant lead early on, ending the first quarter 7:0 and halftime 14:0. Marko Dimitrijević and Viktor Urošević were the top scorers with five goals each.

Despite the massive margin of victory, coach Dejan Savić expressed dissatisfaction with the performance. Looking ahead, Serbia is scheduled to face Montenegro in the second round of Group A to compete for the top spot in the group. Montenegro enters the match following a 16:14 win against Greece.
