Serbia schools evacuated following widespread false bomb threats

Dozens of primary and secondary schools across Serbia received bomb threats via email on Monday, leading to widespread evacuations. Police conducted anti-sabotage inspections at numerous locations, including schools in Belgrade, Šabac, Subotica, Kraljevo, Čačak, and Niš.

Preliminary findings from the field indicate that the threats were false alarms. In Bor, all primary schools were evacuated following email warnings, but police inspections confirmed no explosives were present. School officials in Bor have called for an intensified investigation to identify those responsible for these repeated incidents to ensure the safety of students and staff.
