Serbian Film “3 nedelje posle” Gains Acclaim at Karlovy Vary and Pula Festivals

Miroslav Terzić’s drama “3 nedelje posle”, produced by This and That Productions and supported by film bodies in Serbia, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Italy, Croatia and the EU Creative Europe MEDIA programme, made its world premiere at the 60th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. The film, which portrays a group of high‑school students grappling with peer‑violence after a tragic death, received a five‑minute standing ovation in the Grand Hall. Earlier it had won the HBO award at CineLink during the Sarajevo Film Festival.

The same film is selected as one of seven Serbian entries competing for the Golden Arena at the 73rd Pula Film Festival in Croatia, where a slate of Serbian works—including “Vetre, pričaj sa mnom”, “Yugo Florida”, “Oče naš”, “Tri nedelje posle”, “Linije želje” and “Izlet” – will be shown alongside Croatian and other regional productions.
