Serbia's office support sector posts 363 million dinar revenue in 2024
The Serbian office support sector—including photocopying, document preparation, scanning and digitisation services—comprised 1,020 registered firms in 2024. Collectively the sector generated total revenue of nearly 363 million dinars (362,829,000) and a profit of 20.26 million dinars (20,267,000).
The most profitable companies were Gama Centar (Beograd) with a profit of 9.81 million dinars on revenues of 40.23 million, Tim‑Auto‑Tim 2 (Lazarevac) with 1.66 million dinars profit on 2.37 million dinars revenue, and SZR Student with 1.65 million dinars profit on 28.91 million dinars revenue. These firms have expanded beyond traditional copying to offer archive digitisation, administrative assistance for SMEs, and support for public‑sector forms.
The sector’s resilience is tied to growing demand for electronic document services from government portals and businesses, especially among small and medium‑size enterprises that lack in‑house administrative capacity. Proximity to courts, registries and universities continues to provide a stable client base.
