Sergio Moro tops poll for Paraná governor race

Paraná's upcoming gubernatorial election will be preceded by a new poll from Paraná Pesquisas, slated for release on Tuesday, March 7. The survey will interview 1,500 voters with a 2.6‑point margin of error and will test the popularity of candidates including Senator Sergio Moro (PL), former Curitiba mayor Rafael Greca (MDB), Requião Filho (PDT) and others.

A separate Vox Brasil poll released on Friday shows Moro leading with 39.6% of respondents intending to vote for him, followed by Requião Filho at 20.8% and Greca at 17.8%. The poll notes Moro’s advantage across age groups and regions, though Greca narrows the gap in Curitiba and its metropolitan area. Alternative scenarios keep Moro ahead, with support ranging from 41.2% to 47% depending on the candidate lineup.
