Sergio Pérez to celebrate 300th Grand Prix with Show Run in Mexico City
Mexican Formula 1 driver Sergio ‘Checo’ Pérez will celebrate reaching his 300th Grand Prix milestone with a ‘Show Run’ on Mexico City’s Paseo de la Reforma. The event is scheduled for October 28 at 10:00 AM.
Pérez, currently driving for the Cadillac Formula 1 Team, will pilot a single-seater through the iconic avenue. The celebration serves a dual purpose: marking his 300th career start and highlighting Cadillac’s debut season in the sport. The event is organized by the Cadillac Formula 1 Team in collaboration with the Mexico City Grand Prix organizers and supported by the local government.
Since his debut with Sauber in 2011, Pérez has competed for McLaren, Force India, Racing Point, and Red Bull Racing. His career statistics include six wins, 39 podiums, and a runner-up finish in the 2023 World Championship. The Show Run will take place ahead of the Mexico City Grand Prix at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez on November 1.
