Sesc celebrates 80 years with nationwide cultural programming

Sesc is celebrating its 80th anniversary with an extensive national program of free cultural, musical, and leisure activities across Brazil. The celebrations, scheduled for mid-September, include major musical performances in cities such as Manaus, Taguatinga, Campo Grande, Maceió, Recife, São Luís, and Salvador.

In the state of Rio Grande do Norte, more than 60 activities are planned across Natal, Mossoró, and Caicó, featuring health services, sports, and cultural presentations. In Rio Grande do Sul, festivities are also taking place in Venâncio Aires and several coastal municipalities including Tramandaí, Osório, and Torres, where Sesc and Senac are hosting community events, workshops, and shows.

The anniversary program features a diverse range of artists and formats, including orchestral performances, local bands, and specialized workshops, aimed at promoting community integration and cultural access.
