Sesc celebrates 80 years with nationwide free cultural events

Sesc is celebrating its 80th anniversary with a series of free cultural events and services across Brazil. The celebrations include musical performances, theater, dance, and children's recreation.

A major highlight is a performance by Caetano Veloso scheduled for September 13 in Taguatinga, within the Distrito Federal. Other prominent artists participating in the nationwide festivities include Seu Jorge, Péricles, Xande de Pilares, and Paula Toller, with various shows distributed across different regions including São Paulo, Manaus, Maceió, and Florianópolis.

In addition to musical shows, Sesc is offering free services in areas such as education, health, sports, leisure, and tourism. In the Distrito Federal, specific service offerings will be available to the public from 9:00 to 15:00 on September 12 and 13. For the headline concert by Caetano Veloso, attendees are required to obtain physical tickets in advance via online pre-registration and a collection point, with a request to bring 1kg of non-perishable food.
