Seva Setu camps provide welfare benefits to citizens in Madhya Pradesh

The Seva Setu campaign, a component of the ‘Government at Your Doorstep’ initiative, has facilitated widespread access to government welfare schemes through public service camps across Madhya Pradesh.

In Jabalpur, the Municipal Corporation organized camps across 15 divisions, benefiting 2,379 individuals. Key services provided included the distribution of assistance checks under the Sambal Yojana, loan approvals for street vendors via the PM SVANidhi scheme, and the processing of Ladli Laxmi Yojana applications, birth and death certificates, and Samagra ID corrections.

In Mandsaur, similar camps were held across 11 urban bodies, including Mandsaur, Bhanpura, and Garoth. These camps received 7,141 applications, with over 5,500 beneficiaries receiving immediate assistance. Officials noted that the initiative aims to bring government services directly to citizens and resolve local grievances on-site.
