Seven-Eleven expands high-protein GYMMESHI meal series

Seven-Eleven is expanding the availability of its “GYMMESHI” high-protein frozen meal series. Starting September 22, the two products in the line will be released in approximately 6,500 stores across parts of Tokyo, Aichi, Osaka, Hyogo, and Fukuoka prefectures.

Developed in collaboration with the Japan Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (JBBF), the series features recipes supervised by professional athletes. The available options include “Chicken Jambalaya,” which contains 47.3g of protein and was supervised by JBBF champion Kaito Ogitani, and “Bolognese Short Pasta,” which contains 30.5g of protein and was supervised by bikini fitness world champion Yuri Yasui.
