Seven-Eleven Japan is expanding its GYMMESHI high-protein frozen meal series. As of September 22, two products—‘Chicken Jambalaya’ and ‘Bolognese Short Pasta’—are being released in approximately 6,500 stores across Tokyo, Aichi, Osaka, Hyogo, and Fukuoka prefectures. Developed in collaboration with the Japan Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (JBBF), the recipes were supervised by professional athletes, including JBBF champion Kaito Ogitani and bikini fitness world champion Yuri Yasui.
