Seven-Eleven Japan launches Hokkaido gourmet and autumn sweets

Seven-Eleven Japan has launched a new lineup of products featuring collaborations with renowned establishments from Hokkaido. The savory selection includes a charcoal-grilled pork bowl supervised by Obihiro specialty shop Butahage, a rich salt ramen supervised by the Sapporo-based restaurant Sumire, and an ikameshi (squid rice) rice ball supervised by the historic Abe Shoten.

In addition to these regional specialties, the retailer is introducing autumn-themed sweets. Notable new dessert items include the ‘Beni Haruka Satsumaimoko’, a chewy cream puff filled with sweet potato cream, and an Italian chestnut Mont Blanc. These seasonal releases aim to provide high-quality, specialty-level flavors to customers nationwide.
