Seven-Eleven Japan to hold four-day onigiri discount sale

Seven-Eleven Japan is launching a four-day “Onigiri Just Price Sale” starting October 1 to address rising consumer needs for cost savings amid ongoing inflation. The promotion is divided into two distinct phases.

During the first phase on October 1 and 2, five varieties of “Temaki Onigiri” (hand-rolled rice balls), including charcoal-grilled salmon and tuna mayonnaise, will be sold at a flat rate of 150 yen (excluding tax).

The second phase, occurring on October 3 and 4, features six varieties of the popular “Ginshari Musubi” line, including salt and plum flavors, at a flat rate of 100 yen (excluding tax). Some items will see discounts of up to 68 yen from their standard prices.

While the sale is a significant draw for consumers, availability may vary by location, and the promotional prices cannot be combined with other discounts, though they may be used alongside existing coupons.
