Seville and Córdoba approve new tourist apartments and hostel projects

In Seville, the historic former Oriza building at 41 San Fernando, dating from 1926, received approval from the municipal Urbanism Department to convert its four existing dwellings into two‑key tourist apartments. The project, presented by Acinsure Global Investment, met environmental, acoustic, atmospheric and lighting requirements and was granted the necessary environmental classification.

In Córdoba, promoters of a one‑star hostal at 9 Blanco Belmonte have applied for the required environmental qualification as a pre‑condition for licensing. The hostal will add to the growing supply of hotel and extrahotel accommodation in the historic centre, alongside other planned projects such as a four‑star hotel on Calle Cabezas and additional hostal licences in the city centre.
