Molina de Segura police rescue man tortured and held captive

Spanish National Police have rescued a 43-year-old man who was kidnapped from a gaming hall in Alguazas and held captive for a weekend in Molina de Segura. The victim was subjected to severe torture, including being beaten with a metal bar, stabbed with a knife, and having hair forcibly pulled out.

According to reports, the captors attempted to burn the victim alive by spraying him with alcohol. The operation, involving eleven officers from the Citizen Attention Group (GAC), was triggered by a witness who reported the illegal detention. During the raid, police intercepted a suspect, known as ‘El Vaca’, who attempted to flee across rooftops.

Three men, aged 36 and 46, were arrested in connection with the crime, which was allegedly motivated by a drug debt. The victim was hospitalized following his rescue.
