Seydişehir municipal police inspect school canteens

Municipal police teams in Seydişehir have launched inspections of school canteens, grocery stores, and markets following the start of the 2026-2027 academic year. The initiative aims to ensure students have access to healthy and reliable food.

During the inspections, officials are reviewing business licenses, tax certificates, and price lists. They are also checking the expiration dates of packaged products, the freshness of food, and the hygiene of preparation areas and machinery. Seydişehir Mayor Hasan Ustaoğlu emphasized that these controls are vital for protecting student health and maintaining hygienic standards in school environments.
