Shake Inc. releases recruitment diagnostic checklist

Shake Inc., a company operating in Toyama and Tokyo, has released a free diagnostic checklist titled ‘Recruitment Health Check’ to help businesses identify why job postings fail to attract applicants. The tool categorizes recruitment issues into three specific axes: exposure, manuscript quality, and terms/conditions.

According to the company’s data, businesses often misidentify the cause of low applicant numbers. The diagnostic flow suggests that if a posting has not reached 20,000 cumulative impressions, the issue is exposure rather than content. If impressions are high but the click-through rate (CTR) is below 5%, the issue lies in the manuscript, specifically the job title or appeal. If the CTR is sufficient but the application rate is below 1.5%, the problem is attributed to the employment terms, such as salary or working conditions.

Through its HRShaker service, Shake Inc. aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises by providing data-driven improvements to recruitment SEO and operational management.
