Shaun the Sheep movie release triggers promotional events in Japan

Various promotional activities are underway in Japan to celebrate the upcoming release of the film ‘Shaun the Sheep: The Monster of the Pumpkin Patch’ on October 23, 2026.

At Minoh Q's Mall, a participatory keyword rally event is being held. Participants can visit three specific checkpoints within the mall to collect hidden keywords and solve a quiz. Those who successfully provide the correct answer to staff at the 109 Cinemas Minoh entrance can receive limited-edition movie merchandise on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, the bakery Boulangerie Asanoya has launched a collaboration product titled ‘Autumn Color Pumpkin & Black Sesame Cookies,’ available at all locations starting October 17. The set includes pumpkin cookies and black sesame and charcoal cookies, packaged with movie-themed stickers. To mark the release, an Instagram campaign is running until October 31, where participants can win original postcards and stickers by posting photos of the product using a specific hashtag.
