Shaun the Sheep third film to premiere in Germany

The third feature film in the ‘Shaun the Sheep’ franchise, titled ‘Shaun the Sheep - Spook in the Pumpkin Field’, is scheduled to premiere in German cinemas on October 1.

In this new adventure, Shaun and the flock at Mossy Bottom Farm attempt to grow large pumpkins for a Halloween celebration. However, after the farmer accidentally destroys the crop, Shaun experiments with growth substances, inadvertently creating a hairy monster that causes chaos. The film draws thematic inspiration from classic horror tropes, such as Frankenstein.

Shaun the Sheep, a character created by Aardman, first appeared in 1995 within a Wallace & Gromit short film. Since the launch of the standalone series in 2007, the character has achieved global recognition, with the series broadcast in over 170 countries.
