Shen Po-yang has unveiled his five core campaign visions for Taipei, organized under the acronym ‘HEART’. His platform focuses on Habitat (improving housing, green spaces, and riverfronts), Time (reducing commuting and childcare burdens), Accompany (addressing loneliness and elderly accessibility), Empower (supporting youth entrepreneurship and AI training), and Resilience (improving urban management and night economy).

In Keelung, the potential closure of the Liuhe Parking Lot has been averted after the city government approved its operating permit following a lease renewal. However, the Hsieh Kuo-liang campaign office has questioned the timing of the resolution, suggesting the sudden change in the operator's willingness to renew the lease following intervention by local officials may indicate political maneuvering.
