Sheryl Crow announces new album ‘Pick You Up’

Singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow has announced her 12th studio album, titled ‘Pick You Up’, scheduled for release on October 9, 2026. The seven-track project is being released through Old Green Barn Productions and was co-written with longtime collaborator Jeff Trott.

To preview the album, Crow released the closing track, ‘Freedom Bus’, featuring singer-songwriter Jesse Welles. The song addresses themes of freedom, social division, and the importance of respectful dialogue. Crow stated that the song reflects on the historical cost of freedom and the necessity of maintaining connection despite political disagreements.

The upcoming album is described by Crow as a commentary on the human experience and the desire for connection amidst social chaos. The full tracklist includes ‘Freight Train’, ‘Perfect’, ‘Pick You Up’, ‘Flat Earth’, ‘I’ve Got Your Number’, ‘Heaven Help Us’, and ‘Freedom Bus’.
