Shift Up to host Stellar Blade Nintendo Switch 2 demo at TGS 2026

Shift Up has announced that a public playable demo of ‘Stellar Blade Complete Edition’ for the Nintendo Switch 2 will debut at Tokyo Game Show 2026. The event, held at Makuhari Messe from September 17 to 21, will feature the demo at the SEGA/Atlus booth, which will include six playable stations.

To mark the occasion, Shift Up CEO and game creator Kim Hyung Tae is scheduled to make a special appearance on the SEGA/Atlus booth stage on Sunday, September 20. The session will be conducted in Korean with Japanese interpretation and will be broadcast live on SEGA Japan’s official YouTube channel for remote viewers.

The Nintendo Switch 2 version of the action RPG is slated for release in the second half of 2026. This follows the success of the title on other platforms, including a PC version that reportedly sold over 1 million copies within three days of its launch.
