Shimamura to open two new pop-up stores in Thailand
Shimamura is expanding its presence in Thailand through its “SHIMA Park” pop-up store concept. The company has announced two upcoming locations: Central Salaya in Nakhon Pathom, scheduled to run from October 28, 2026, to April 17, 2027, and Market Village Hua Hin, which will operate from November 1 to November 30, 2026.
These stores will focus on women’s and children’s apparel from Shimamura Group brands, including private and joint development brands. The selection will be curated to meet local needs while offering Japanese-style “Kawaii” products. Both locations will exclusively accept cashless payments.
This expansion follows Shimamura’s existing efforts in the Thai market, which include three current pop-up stores in Bangkok and Pattaya, as well as a dedicated local online store and presence on major e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
