Shimano Fest 2026 to host cycling races and social inclusion programs in São Paulo
The Shimano Fest 2026, scheduled for August 20 to 23 at the Memorial da América Latina in São Paulo, will feature a diverse program of competitive cycling, family activities, and social initiatives.
On Sunday, August 23, the event includes the Giro Ride Like a Pro Brasil – São Paulo edition, a 65 km competitive ride designed to mimic the atmosphere of professional stage races. The route will pass through landmarks such as the Pacaembu Stadium and the Ipiranga Museum. Additionally, the 7th Shimano Fest & Santuu Cycling Tour offers a free 10 km route for families and casual riders.
Beyond sports, the festival is emphasizing sustainability and social inclusion. Initiatives include water refill stations to reduce waste and partnerships with organizations like Blindsports Brasil to promote cycling for the visually impaired. The event also features programs for individuals on the autism spectrum via Grupo Kodomo, and representation for women and trans individuals through the Vespas Bike Gang collective.
