Aman to debut luxury hotel and residences in Seoul's Cheongdam-dong

Shinsegae Property and the luxury hospitality brand Aman have announced the development of ‘Aman Seoul’ in the Cheongdam-dong district of Gangnam, South Korea. This project marks Aman’s first entry into the Korean market.

The development will occupy approximately 70,000 square meters, featuring eight basement levels and 38 floors above ground. The complex is designed as an ‘urban sanctuary’ and will include a luxury hotel, 49 branded residences, retail and cultural spaces, and the ‘Aman Club,’ a private membership community offering exclusive amenities such as a pool and fitness center.

Shinsegae Property will lead the project’s planning, strategy, and development, while Aman will oversee design and long-term operations. The architecture aims to blend Aman’s signature design philosophy with Korean spatial aesthetics. The project follows a strategic partnership established in July between Shinsegae Group Chairman Chung Yong-jin and Aman Group Chairman Vlad Doronin.
