Showa Kinen Park to host Autumn Night Walk 2026

Showa Kinen Park has announced the “Autumn Night Walk 2026” event, scheduled to run from October 29 to November 29, 2026. The event features light-up displays at several key locations, including the Canal, the Katari no Icho tree-lined avenue, the Japanese Garden, and the Bonsai Garden.

The “Autumn Night Walk” was recently recognized as a “Light-up Nightscape Heritage” site as part of the 21st Japan Nightscape Heritage certification, with particular praise given to the illumination of the ginkgo trees. The light-up displays are scheduled to take place between 16:30 and 20:30.

To enhance the visitor experience, the park's official app will release new content titled “Twelve Views to Enjoy the Japanese Garden” on October 22, 2026, featuring digital stamps and historical insights.
